Overview:
ExamWorks is seeking a Physician Relations Coordinator. You will be a point of contact for physicians concerning questions about their relationship with ExamWorks. Physician Relations will work with the physician to make sure they have the support and tools they need to complete their assigned work. They will coordinate training, if needed, and keep them on track to meet deadlines.
This is a full time work schedule, working fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding of new physicians and coordinate training with Quality Assurance. Answers physician questions concerning ExamWorks’ processes and procedures. Assist physicians with technical issues and troubleshoot when needed.

Keep physicians informed of changes in WC by sending out emails and literature if needed.
- Coordinate doctor exam dates with the calendar team.

Assist with doctor travel if needed.
- Back-up Physician Relations in Oregon..
- Works hand in hand with Physician Recruiter when onboarding new physicians..
- Physician liaison between other departments.Assists with special credentialing projects as directed by Management.

Maintains privacy and confidentiality of physician personal information.

Provides consistent and timely follow-up on all physician requests.

Promotes physician relations and assists with customer service needs as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to operate a general computer, electronic media fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.
- Must be a qualified word processor with a minimum of 35 W.P.M
- Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.
- Must possess excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation and style.
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to Managements’ directions accurately.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
