**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Forensic Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and investigative skills to uncover financial discrepancies and fraud. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and legal regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough financial investigations to identify discrepancies, fraud, and financial mismanagement.
- Analyze financial data and documents to trace transactions and uncover irregularities.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings for use in legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with legal teams, law enforcement, and other professionals in investigations.
- Provide expert testimony in court as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, legal requirements, and emerging trends in forensic accounting.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CFE, or CFA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic accounting, auditing, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
