We are currently hiring a Desktop Support Analyst to work onsite in Rockford, IL!
Pay/Shift/Location
- pay rate $25/h-$27/h, DOE
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Onsite - Rockford, IL 611047
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Desktop Support:
- Responds to tickets and/or calls dispatched from the ITSM tool
- Diagnose simple problems with IT equipment and peripherals and able to resolve with minimal supervision
- Provides simple routine service, supporting IT equipment and peripherals at an assigned location
Imaging and Deployment:
- Provides basic setup and simple routine configuration of equipment and peripherals
- Assists with installation and/or support of IT products and/or software
- Assists with hardware and/or software relocation, changes, or upgrades
Customer Service:
- Provide required updates on assigned tickets in conjunction with ITS standards
- Participates and communicates effectively with team members
- Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and maintains customer relations
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or another comparable field or four years of comparable work experience
- A+ Certified a must-have
- Familiarity with change management (ITIL)
- Be able to perform RCA
- Computer hardware troubleshooting proficiency level: Intermediate
- Software troubleshooting proficiency level: Intermediate
- Working knowledge of MS O365 Suite
