Responsibilities we’re looking for our Client Service Associate to Master:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Understand client needs and tailor services to meet their expectations
Communication:
- Effectively communicate with clients through various channels (phone, email, and in-person meetings)
- Provide clear and concise information on products, services, and account-related inquiries
- Keep clients informed about updates, promotions, and changes
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns
- Identify trends in client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions for reference and analysis
Client Onboarding and Training:
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing necessary information about our products and services
- Conduct training sessions for clients on using our platforms and services effectively
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share client feedback and insights
- Work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks on client interactions to ensure adherence to service standards
- Implement improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations
Client Service Associate Qualifications we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is strongly encouraged
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
