Montgomeryville Nissan is looking for a full-time Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator/Service Admin Assistant to add to our team. This is a great opportunity to join one of the area’s top dealers!
Responsibilities will include speaking with service customers and setting and confirming appointments. Processing warranty claims. Heavy customer retention and loyalty calls for our service customers.
Applicants should possess:
---Excellent communication and typing skills including a clear friendly phone voice
---Customer service, telemarketing, retail or sales experience
---Ability to handle high-volume incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
---Computer proficiency in database software, MS Office, etc.
---Great follow-up skills
Duties the position requires:
- Answer Inbound Service Phone calls
- Schedule Customer Appointments
- Assist Service Advisors greeting customers
- Help with Rental Contracts and Filing
- Verify Parts and Schedule Recall Appointments
- Assist Service Manager in writing Internal Repair Orders
- Assist Service Team in writing Customers in Morning
- Process warranty claims and reconciliation
- Outbound loyalty calls
