We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Strategic Partnership and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach and grow our brand through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Core Responsibilities:
Affiliate and Referral Partnerships -
- Identify and engage with potential partners who target our ideal buyer but do not offer our products/services.
- Broker deals with these partners to sell our products through affiliate, referral, or licensing and/or white label agreements.
- Manage and nurture these relationships to maximize sales and brand exposure.
- Discerning which collaborations should be pursued in media or with people believed to influence the buying habits of others.
- Maintain strong communication and manage ongoing relationships with these partners.
Strategic Pitching -
- Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic stage appearances, podcast interviews, and joint thought leadership collaborations.
- Craft compelling pitches and presentations to showcase our expertise and value proposition.
- Coordinate and manage these engagements to enhance our brand visibility and authority.
Metrics -
- Own responsibility for tracking Profit & Loss statements through accurate data collection, including identifying all revenue streams generated by marketing activities.
- Identify and report weekly on all marketing metrics and set benchmarks for future marketing tactics so the company can learn and grow (i.e. direct sales from marketing campaigns, qualified affiliate leads, newsletter sign-ups and lead generation driven by marketing initiatives, product launch revenue, website traffic, social media engagement, ROI on marketing spend if applicable, brand awareness through press and mentions, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities:
- Research and select target audiences for the company's products.
- Define product and solution prices and discounts based on market research.
- Create and manage a product promotional calendar.
- Odd-end marketing projects, sprints.
- Develop and maintain processes that will ensure brand and voice consistency, along with high quality, conversational and engaging writing for all content.
- Develop a QA process to avoid unnecessary errors, misspellings, broken links, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Past experience setting KPIs and tracking marketing metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the legal templates industry or similar fields is a plus.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with online memberships, courses, podcasting, advertising, funnel software.
- Familiarity with digital products, launches, platforms, and tools - landing page builders, email service providers, CRMs, and/or course hosting platforms.
- Strong video communication skills to interact with team members and prospects on various text and video platforms.
- Excellent with efficiency and follow-through
- Comfortable connecting to and interacting with remote teams - including vendors, outside agencies, and contractors.
