About Us
We have been around since 1995 and are a buzzing little office in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte NC looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team. We work very hard, have open and honest communications, and enjoy a family - oriented culture at our office. Our office is located within minutes of the I-485 and NC 521 junction.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting
- A minimum of 1-3 years full cycle accounting experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office suite, Phone, CRM and some technical computer skills
- Outgoing, energetic, motivated, personable, team player/builder
- Enthusiasm to learn and to make an impressionable contribution to the company
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Possess the skill sets to train others on multiple topics at all levels of the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strive to meet all due dates after prioritizing all work tasks
- Ability to interact professionally in meeting the needs of both internal & external customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow up and follow through

Job Description
- Manage monthly account reconciliations along with publishing monthly financial, budgetary, and tax reporting
- Management of banking/investment relations, insurance management, human resource matters, hiring & professional recruitment, payroll management
- Active in new customer and vendor onboarding with credit approvals and vetting requirements, along with customer collections
- Customer invoicing & vendor billing
- Information gathering and report generation
- Cost/revenue and service analysis
- Initiate cost savings programs
- Administrative support for CEO and VP

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
