Office Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal office manager candidate will be proficient in office management, human resources, budgeting, and knowledge of Excel and Word.
Office Manager Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee human resources tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and check runs
- Maintain vehicle records and government agency reporting
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues
Helpful Experience:
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior knowledge of Paychex Payroll System a plus
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and record-keeping

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
