As the face of our company the Patient Care Coordinator position is the first point of contact with providers and patients in the office. This role is expected to provide professional patient care, and daily support to our providers. Front office duties include maintaining an organized office, reviewing paperwork, confirming appointments and following up with patients post procedure(s). It also includes answering phone calls, texts and emails in order to provide swift and excellent customer service. In room patient care includes numbing patients, taking consistent before and after photos and relaying information about the patients to providers.
With three Austin area locations, driving flexibility is a must. Our team travels between all offices ensuring a strong team dynamic, and consistency for our patients.
Skills required include being able to multitask, the ability to stay organized, strong team player, strong communication skills, possess and manifest positivity and the ability to think and act independently in an fast-paced environment.
It is also necessary to take pride in personal appearance and the representation of our offices. Anyone on our team must be willing to pick up a broom, take out the trash, turn-over treatment spaces, etc. - we succeed together, and every role, while different, is a vital piece of our success.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
