We are looking for a Service and Parts Manager to join our team. If you are mechanically-inclined with strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
As the Service and Parts Manager, you will be responsible for duties ranging from managing service technicians to managing parts sales, inventory management, and all aspects to managing the department. You will use your negotiation skills to secure best pricing on inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels. To succeed in this position, you must be highly organized, strong diagnosing skills to identify issues and the parts, and enjoy helping customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Field Incoming Service Calls. Assist customers & service technicians by identifying and providing them with correct parts.
- Oversee all Parts Department functions. Operate POS and manufacturing part lookup systems.
- Order and receive incoming parts shipments, enter into system and ship outgoing orders.
- Monitor online ecommerce website and Amazon sales and fulfill those orders
- Issues credit for parts returned,
- Follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Communicate effectively in person, by phone, or via email with customers and vendors.
- Contact Vendors for Warranty and return credits
- Maintain the parts inventory for accuracy (cycle counts) and appropriate stocking levels.
- Monitor and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence of parts in inventory
- Negotiate pricing with vendors.
- Maintain and manage service van parts inventory levels.
- Take pride in your work and maintain clean work area.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
