Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment labor law, HR sourcing, working with management and If you have a passion for fostering positive employee relations, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and selection
- Adminster wellness and staff recognition programs
- Manage workers' compensation claims and processes
- Handle terminations
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Collobrate process improvement initiatives within the HR department
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in employee relations or a related HR role
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
