Job Details:
Experience in a Service Desk Analyst role / IT Support in a global organization.: 5 years.
Flexible for rotational shifts (between 5am to 5pm CST)/ Flexibility in shifting schedules: Yes.
Experience in delivering customer service through multiple channels including Inbound and Outbound calls, chat and Self-service.:4+ Years.
Experience Identifying and diagnosing issues and problems:3+ Years.
Proficient in supporting problem identification: Yes.
Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and Server PCs and MacOS support: 4+ Years
TCP/IP networking, DNS, and printer configuration: 3+ Years
Ticketing Tool, ServiceNow, Active Directory: 3+ Years
Networking: 2+ Years
Communication Skills: Good
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.70 - $23.00 per hour
