- The Quality Manager is responsible for managing all duties of the quality department and other tasks as directed by the Director of Operations.
- Actively maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001
- Manage team of 8 and delegate tasks and job duties
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and update Process Control Plans/Manufacturing Process Plans, FMEAs, and Process Masters
- Initiate and coordinate follow-up activity on Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAR/PAR)
- Review Material Test Reports for compliance to order specifications and submit to customer
- Generate quality reports and update monthly key performance indicators (KPI) data
- Prepare First Article/Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submission packages
- Perform Internal Quality Audits in conformance with ISO 9001
- Coordinate supplier quality activity including supplier quality audits and surveys
- Complete customer quality surveys

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of experience within quality in an industrial environment
- 2+ years of experience managing quality teams
- Experience with ISO 9001 auditing
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity interacting with databases such as manufacturing operations management and customer relationship management systems (MOM/CRM) preferred
- Experience with First Article/PPAP, CAR/PAR and KPI tracking methodologies preferred
