Hilton Garden Inn Live Oak Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an experienced Director Of Sales to join the HGI Team!
About the Hotel: 138 Guest Rooms, with 8,201 sq feet of meeting space
Find us off I-35, five miles from Randolph Air Force Base. Our hotel is surrounded by restaurants within walking distance, and the Garden Grille serves cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. We're within six miles of Amazon, Rackspace, and other corporate offices, and San Antonio is a half-hour drive away.
Ideal Candidate will have previous Hilton Sales experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and execution
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term relationships with clients
