Intech Southwest is an established, growing and well-respected IT solutions and services provider. We are looking to expand both our customer territory as well as our sales team. Our primary customers are educational institutions and public sector entities.
Intech Southwest is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our stellar sales team as a (BDM) Business Development Manager. He/she must efficient, hard-working, and motivated to develop new business. This role will cover new territory for Intech while selling solutions that we are well versed in. It’s an opportunity to grow and develop your own patch of business while being supported by veteran peers. In addition, this person must be conscientious and always considerate of other employees and business associates at Intech Southwest. This is a salary plus commission position with an unlimited earning potential and ideal for self-motivated individuals.
Intech will provide BDMs with the training and professional development needed to make strides quickly within the role. That training and development will be on-going with a focus on keeping you informed and equipped to continue to excel within this role for years.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Potential for work time outside of normal hours due to travel, deadlines, and customer meetings
Work Location:
- In Office with possibility for limited travel to meet with customers and host events
- Required: Reliable transportation with a valid Texas driver's license and current insurance.
Required Experience:
One year of experience in each of the following:
- Demonstrated customer service excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communications skills; Spanish is a plus.
- Verifiable on-time performance, strong work ethic and commitment to quality and company
Optional Experience - (Extra consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience.)
One year of experience in each of the following:
· Selling into education or public sector verticals
· Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
· Selling technology related items and/or services
· Customer support with technology
