Act as a liaison between the reservations department and meeting planners or wholesale companies
Communicate effectively with Convention Sales and Service Managers regarding room blocks which are set aside for companies holding meetings in the hotel
Partner with Leisure Sales regarding wholesale room blocks set aside for tour operators to sell as packages
Review details of the convention booking recaps, such as group arrival and departure dates, number of rooms the group will hold and their rate, and monitor cutoff dates
Receives in-bound calls in response to various mailings and invitations
Books Slot Tournament reservations, Direct Marketing Packages, etc
Analyzes casino play and establishes comp profiles for guest reservations
Perform other job-related duties as requested
