We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee all store operations. Responsibilities include delegating tasks to team members and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent organizational, team management skills and experience retail, restaurant or management, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable experience for our customers and increase our profitability.
Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to team members and supervise their performance.
- Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and complete inventory adjustments, as needed.
- Complete planogram resets, assist with stocking and cashiering when needed.
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints.
- Open and close the store.
- Assist in training of employees.
- Complete inventory budget reports and payroll.
- Order products from our distributors.
Skills
- Experience as a supervisor or relevant role, knowledge of retail operations and retail experience is preferred.
- Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
- A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team management abilities.
- Willingness to be hands on.
