Role Description
The ideal professional will present and engage companies and individuals to the company's brand, services, and products. The Sales Specialist professional will present and implement a strategic journey to include KPI analytics and metrics, distribution strategy, and retention tactics that will convert to sales and engagements. The ideal professional is a high-energy, engaging, and self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
The expectation is to drive a minimum of 2 engagements per month, and a minimum of 3 course sales per month.

Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, develop, and convert qualified business opportunities for the company
- Make outbound calls to engage, pitch, and convert sales opportunities
- Drive retention of clientele to generate 3+ penetration of booking per company
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities and results
- Research and actively connect with target markets relevant to the company, i.e. corporations, executives, sports industry
- Create pipeline revenue for leads campaign through expert use of LinkedIn,
- Identify key prospective companies that will be enriched by and be a great fit for the company's product offerings
- Develop customer journies that builds, deepen, and maintain the client relationship
- Schedule, run, and close potential client appointments
- Create a retention journey that generates multiple offerings for existing and repeat clients
- Manage and monitor leads in the sales pipeline through contact, appointments, and follow-up to execute on meeting sales goals
- Execute company and sales-driven strategies to increase clientele, sales, and profits
- Navigator/HubSpot, or Salesforce CRM – i.e., contact and follow-up on potential leads
- Collaborate with CEO to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of lead generation and retention skills set
- Motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of analyzing trends, building sales pipelines, sales strategies, and tactics
- Superb ability to engage and build client relationships and deepen lead generation
- Proven record of generating sales leads and converting to long-term clientele
- Excellent communication with great phone and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with clients to identify pain points, understand needs, and correlate value to solutions
- Ability to work with a team
- Strong ability to work independently and with deadlines
- Demonstrated forward-thinking and proactive sales leader
- Knowledge of the coaching and consulting industries is a plus
- Experience scheduling speaking events and workshop presentations a plus
- Experience using CRM software and marketing automation tools is preferred
Commission-based opportunity
