GolfRoots' mission is to break down the barriers to entry into golf and find innovative ways to make the game more accessible to everyone. We acquire inventory by partnering directly with private clubs across the country, running Trade-In Day events for their members, and helping them liquidate excess inventory.
Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new partnerships with private and public clubs around the country, setting up Trade-In Day events, building and maintaining relationships with current course partners, and running a few Trade-In Days themselves. The role will be primarily located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with some flexibility for remote work. It will involve some travel, so if you are interested in spending time at some of the most elite country clubs in the world, this may be a good job for you.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the golf industry
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
