Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with pain management + chronic pain, PTSD care, workers compensation experience and direct support. This position involves providing medical documentation, patient assessment, and behavioral management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Implement behavior management strategies to support patients
- Utilize social work principles in patient care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Marriage Family etc)
-CA license as a Marriage Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker
- Experience working with chronic pain patients
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
- Experience with the ACT CBT Model
