JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties & Resp: Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management) | Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization | Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines | Provides ongoing ERP system support | May participate in defining requirements and selecting software vendors. KSAs: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept./peer review). Level at which career may plateau. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas, methods and/or theories. Employs expertise as a generalist or specialistDevelops resolutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and that require frequent use of innovative thinking/creativity. Exercises judgment within broadly defined policies and practices in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsDetermines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead). University Degree / Diploma and 6+ years. May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 4-6 years. Doctorate’s / Post-Graduate Degree and 2-4 years.
