We are looking for an English/Spanish speaking business orientated individual to serve as a Front Desk/ Recptionist at our fast growing West LA Equipment Rental House. This person must be an organized, skilled multitasker, quick learner and have impressive interpersonal skills especially with phone communication.We seek someone who is most comfortable in an environment of multi-tasking and problem solving.The Front Desk Receptionist, coordinates and manages clients upon arrival, works closely with clients to ensure quality customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Computer literate individual with ability to learn fast and provide speedy service to our clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, on the telephone and in writing.
- Courteous and professional manner when dealing with staff and clients.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
- Oversee and manage Client Contacts to achieve optimum performance
- Develop and maintain strong client relations
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
