$35hr weekdays, $36hr weeknights
$37hr weekend days, $38 weekend nights
LPN Rate:
30hr/week days, 31/weeknights;
32hr/weekend days, 33/hr weekend nights

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Dispenses and oversees medication management with oversight from the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing
- Supervises the Certified Nursing Assistants on a shift to shift basis
- Reviews Medication Administration Records
- Communicates daily or as needed with Physicians
- Assists Director of Nursing with monitoring chart accuracy and completion.
- Assesses and evaluates resident issues and medical concerns
- Documents incidental occurrences and other pertinent resident medical/care information

Qualifications:
- RN or LPN License, required
- Previous experience with brain injury, preferred.
