About BFCSD:
Bondurant-Farrar Community School District is located in Polk County, less than 10 miles from Des Moines; Bondurant offers small town living with the close convenience of a major metropolitan area. BFCSD serves more than 2,700 students from preschool through grade 12, and is projected to grow annually for the next several years. The size of the district allows students the individual attention needed to succeed, while providing the advantages of a bigger school.
BFCSD consists of the following schools:
Morris Elementary (PK-2)
Anderson Elementary (2-4)
Bondurant-Farrar Intermediate School (5-6)
Bondurant-Farrar Junior High School (7-8)
Bondurant-Farrar High School (9-12)
Along with the Bluejay Booster Club, Fine Arts Booster Club, and the Elementary PTO, many community clubs and organizations support the students and staff through donations and volunteering. Formed in 2008, the Bondurant-Farrar Education Foundation partners with BFCSD to create opportunities for alumni, friends, and the community to support and enhance educational excellence.
Bondurant-Farrar Community School District will be a place for you to be supported and to grow as a leader. As a district, we are driven by a belief in continuous improvement. If you seek excellence and want to be part of an exciting, positive, growing (both in enrollment and academic performance) district, please consider applying for this position.
