POSITION: Digital Marketing & Project Coordinator– Inovia Vein
LOCATION: Portland Metro or Vancouver/ Hybrid
PAY RANGE: $55,000-$65,000 per year

There are 6 clinics (NW Portland, Tigard, Tanasbourne, Happy Valley, Bend and Vancouver) staffed by highly skilled and experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, registered vascular technologists, medical assistants, and other support staff. OVERVIEW:
As the Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator at Inovia Vein Specialty Center, you will play a pivotal role on our leadership team in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your primary focus will be on project management and digital marketing, and you'll work closely with the Director of Operations and Clinical Performance to drive project completion. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll report to the Director of operations and Clinic Performance and collaborate with founders, owners, the CEO, and other senior leaders to facilitate goal creation and strategic planning processes each year and then the execution of those processes. Our team is a goal driven, execution focused team with a strong focus on making it happen as a team for our patients and communities. Moreover, you'll help drive the transition from analog dashboards to digital dashboards, ensuring efficient and timely metrics input for tracking organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Management Facilitator:
- Serve as the facilitator for project management software implementation.
- Work under the direction of the Director of Operations and Clinical Performance to drive project completion.
- Link project management efforts to our strategic plan.
- Formal project management training or experience using project management a plus, or a willingness and ability to do so will be critical.
- Help lead and manage a companywide digital document control system for maximal efficiency.
2. Digital Dashboard Creation and Metrics Input:
- Take a lead role in transitioning or organization from tracking progress using analog dashboards to digital dashboards.
- Ensure efficient and timely metrics input for tracking and communicating organizational goals.
3. Digital Marketing, Advertising and Brand Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the clinic's online presence. This includes having a hands-on role executing our SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns. Our organization will help provide training if needed,
- Manage and evangelize the brand image, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Assist in managing advertising relationships in our marketing program.
- Work with Director of Operations to execute quarterly TV and/or Radio strategies, working with local vendors to get quotes and plan regular advertising.
4. Culture Promotion and Relationship Building:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Organize teambuilding activities and promote a strong organizational culture.
5. Results Driven:
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to implement operational improvements.
- Provide regular updates on clinic performance, highlighting areas for growth and efficiency.
- Will collaborate to oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects, including ad hoc initiatives and special assignments, ensuring efficient execution and successful outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management).
- Proven experience in project management, digital marketing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and results.
