Responsibilities:

Prospect, cold call, and generate leads within the construction industry to promote and sell our services.

Conduct outbound calls to construction companies to introduce our services, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to present the value proposition of our services and overcome objections.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating target markets and achieving sales goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation efforts.

Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:

Experience making 150-250 cold calls per day.

Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably within the construction industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with Monday.com is preferred.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
