Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely appointments
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in front desk management
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office systems and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar medical/dental software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record keeping
