Qualifications:
- Business Hours: M-F 9am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-4:30pm, Closed Sundays. Will need to be willing to work most Saturdays due to business needs

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
- Prior storage rental experience desired
- Customer oriented personality.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as a small team
- Basic computer knowledge including operating a Point of Sale system, responding to email and using a mobile device
- Willingness to tend to the facility by performing light cleaning
Daily routine would include but not limited to the following:
- Answer telephone
- Recommend unit sizes and services based on each customer's needs
- Prepare rental agreements
- Sale merchandise including packing/moving supplies
- Daily lock check
- Collections
- U-Haul truck and trailer rentals
- Perform property maintenance both inside the facility and on the grounds including; sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs and removing debris in storage units.
- The position is to include any other job related activities as assigned that may pertain to the normal business operations of Safe Mini Storage.
