Role Description:
The Global Program Sales Trading position will be working with an experienced team to cover our institutional client base trading global equity programs in 65 markets. Candidates will work closely with other product coverage teams, product and quantitative teams, and technology teams to provide live trading coverage, analytics review and trading strategy discussions with clients.
- Serve as a producer on the Global Program Trading desk as a subject matter expert on our global equity platform
- Work closely with the rest of PT team, as well as other coverage teams to provide exemplary service to clients while also identifying cross selling opportunities
- Work closely with global index and event driven analysts, analytics and TCA team as well as colleagues based in the Americas, Europe, and Asia
- Stay up to date on global equity market micro structure throughout Developed, Emerging, and Frontier markets
- Driven sales-minded individual motivated to produce client revenues
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university
- 3-10 years of experience in sales coverage with established client relationships
- Strong understanding of quantitative trading implementation and TCA review
- Familiar with unique aspects to global markets including trading and settlement
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a core team
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
