Remote Medicare Advantage Sales Agent
At American Health Insurance Services, we're dedicated to providing exceptional insurance products and services to clients nationwide. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate, driven, and certified Insurance Sales Representatives to join us remotely.
Required Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience in Medicare Advantage Plans.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have an active insurance license (NPN#) and AHIP Certification at the time of hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Call center experience.
- Friendly and personable attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions for their needs.
- Capable of handling back-to-back calls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Equipment Requirements:
- Own PC/Laptop – no tablets, with at least 8 GB of space.
- Fast, reliable internet.
- Wired headset.
- Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
What We Offer:
- 100% home office.
- Hourly pay rate: $20.00 with unlimited commissions per sale (no chargebacks).
- Weekly pay.
- Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm (Weekends off).
- Paid training.
