SUMMARY
The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing front line customer service to support One Portal clients and provides account management for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service. Provide primary customer service support to portal clients via phone, within the core work hours of 8:30am-5:00pm; general customer service support, (supply orders, emailing or calling for CCFs, result tracking, account changes). Communicate with clinic partner regarding various items such as specimen delays, occupational health records and retrieval, eScreen site issues, missing CCF’s, etc. Escalate client invoice issues to Team Lead of Client Services and Drugscan Accounting department. Resolve client issues and concerns independently and escalates to Team Lead when appropriate. Assist in responding to client feedback submitted from client satisfaction survey. Assures customer satisfaction. Notify Manager of any account you may identify as in jeopardy.
- Technical Skills/Support. Monitor one portal customer service mailbox every 15 minutes to retrieve emails assigned to them; addresses inquiry and follow up with client. Identify unsolicited orders and services in vendor system and ensures service is entered manually onto One Portal to be captured for billing purposes. Sets up in i3, vendor system. Sets up in Extranet, vendor system. Sets up in One Portal, propriety software. Responsible for maintaining reports including, but not limited to, wet ink errors, fatal flaws, etc.Several times daily, monitors services utilizing Pending Report Tool and ensure overdue results are tracked and client notes are posted. Proactively identify and resolve client issues. Assist Manager with billing tasks, identifies network used for proper cost. Process and provide quality assurance checks on Clearinghouse manual entries. Assist with miscellaneous customer service tasks and special projects as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
