Our Retail Sales and Personal Shopper is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. The focus of this position is to sell company products by providing product information and recommendations to customers, thereby creating return customers.

Job Duties
● Ensure that customers, both in-store and over the phone, receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
● Ring up purchases or generate sales order using the existing POS systems.
● Communicate customer requests to management.
● Answer inbound calls from customers seeking personal shopping assistance, including recommending alternative product in place of OOS, upselling to take advantage of offers and discounts, and creating a personalized experience.
● Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
● Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
● Assist in monitoring floor stock and replenishing merchandise.
● Assist with product deliveries, unboxing, and counting inventory.

Job Duties
● Displays a general working knowledge of Ayurveda and Maharishi Ayurveda products
● Answers customer questions about Maharishi Ayurveda and The Bazaar Brands
● Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service
● Maintains an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
● Assists in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
● Assists in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
● Aids customers in locating merchandise
● Communicates customer requests to management
● Rings up sales at the registers and/or bags merchandise
● Answers inbound calls from customers regarding orders and product information
● Assists with counting inventory and inventory unboxing
● Any other tasks as assigned by the manager
● Assists with inbound customer service calls and LiveChat correspondence
Training
The Retail Sales Associate will be trained on MAPI products and customer management processes along with ongoing sales skills training.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
