*Job Description:* As a Finance and Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the financial and operational functions of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure efficient cash and cheque management, monitor order processing, review office expenses, and oversee sample outflow from the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and possess strong attention to detail.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Manage cash and cheque transactions, ensuring accurate recording and safekeeping of funds.
2. Collaborate with the finance team to review and monitor order processing activities, identifying and addressing any irregularities such as abnormal pricing.
3. Conduct regular audits of office expenses, including procurement and reimbursement processes, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Oversee the sample outflow process from the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses as needed.
6. Provide support for other finance and operations-related tasks as assigned by the management team.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in finance, operations, or a similar role is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
8. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, as some communication may be conducted in Chinese.
