DIVISION DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Beaverbrook STEP Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Administrator with strong leadership and management skills to direct its Residential Division. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of Beaverbrook STEP’s residential programs. Operational responsibilities include collaborating with outside entities (DDS, medical providers, families/guardians etc.), developing and maintaining behavioral/clinical interventions, completing all program and participant-required documentation, and providing leadership and training at the site and module level. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for providing supervision to senior level directors, ensuring that their residential systems are operating effectively and according to DDS regulations.
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the Director is a trained clinician responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services, treatment protocols and programs. They will review on an ongoing basis, services being offered and develop new programs as needs emerge. Additionally, they will be responsible for the oversight of all activities pertaining to licensure, human rights, supervision, risk tracking and treatment practices.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director will work with Executive leadership to address all program issues, plan all phases of program expansion and review/highlight organizational accomplishments throughout the agency.
Qualifications:
- Strong written, analytical and data collection skills
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively across complex milieus
- Familiarity with executive level concepts and program implementation
- Demonstrated skill in designing and implementing all stages of PBS supported Assessments, Guidelines, and Treatment Plans for individuals in a home setting
- Working knowledge of DDS regulations, including HCSIS
- Master's Degree and 5 years of senior level management experience
- Currently licensed or eligible for licensure as LCSW or LICSW, LMHC, or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts preferred
