Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk at a resort hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and coordinate guest requests effectively.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to perform night audit duties when necessary
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
