PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
Under the supervision of the Program Director and the Program Supervisor, the Case Aide job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support Case Planners in service goal planning and outcomes.
- Support families with connecting to community resources, financial entitlements, mental/physical health services, educational supports, etc.
- Provide support to families toward reaching their service goals.
- Maintain contact with families including conducting monthly in-home/virtual visits.
- Timely completion of documentation including assessments, case contact notes, etc.
- Participate in planning of community events and activities.
- Liaison for community agencies and school resources
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- One-year relevant work in child welfare or social services. A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer/technology skill set, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel), CONNECTIONS and PROMIS ACS.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and accept constructive criticism.
- Obtain and maintain all security clearance requirements throughout the duration of employment.
- Must have a valid driver license’s and access to a vehicle.

- Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need.

- May include travel to a variety of locations, based on programming needs. Which is reimbursed in accordance with UAU’s fiscal policies and procedures. Also requires a reliable mode of transportation.
- May include working prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet or more of the observer).
