Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and business development within the technology industry.
(Prior sales manager experience is extremely important)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to gain business.
-Help agents create and practice their sales scripts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales
- Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent account management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software(Followup boss)
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in business development initiatives
