We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing a team of employees. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and reporting
