Modern Manufacturing: The TXRX Labs Modern Manufacturing Job Training Program is a 3-day intensive hands-on skills assessment where students are not only evaluated on their welding / fabrication skills, but also re-taught basics needed to be a great fabricator. This program is ideal for those Welders who need a good recommendation.
- The first day focuses largely on blueprint reading and basic grinding and cutting techniques using the hand-held plasma cutter and the oxy-acetylene torch.
- The second day focuses on fitting and welding using MIG, TIG, and STICK welding processes.
- The third and final day focuses on assessing your knowledge of welding processes / theory through a written AWS D1.1 Test.
Local manufacturers are seeking workers with the skills listed above!
We will be testing your abilities to find a match for one of our manufacturing employer partners.
