Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, tube feeding, gastric lavage, and acute pain management
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in [state/region]
