As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries about Communiboost’s products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with Communiboost’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service levels are maintained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
