Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide expert advice tailored to their specific circumstances.
Sales Generation: Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking, to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products, coverage options, and industry trends to effectively educate clients and guide them in making informed decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
Follow-up and Follow-through: Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, applications, and any additional paperwork to ensure a seamless customer experience and an efficient sales process.
Requirements
Active Insurance License: Possess a valid insurance license in the state of Arizona. If you are licensed in another state, we can help you with residence transfers.
Prior Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, showcasing your ability to drive results and exceed targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to effectively engage and connect with clients as well as collaborate with team members.
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and consistently achieve or exceed performance targets.
Technologically Proficient: Comfortable using technology and software systems to manage documentation, track leads, and conduct virtual meetings.
