Administrative Operations Support
We are looking for an experienced administrative operations support professional with a background in the legal or financial industry. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to support various operational tasks within the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the operations team
· Assist in managing day-to-day office operations
· Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
· Assist with onboarding new clients, including collecting necessary documentation and information.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and case details.
· Assisted with processing funding requests and ensuring all necessary documentation was in order.
· Coordinate with legal teams and clients to gather case information and updates.
· Assist with preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, filing documents, and ordering supplies.
· Manage and organize company documents and records
· Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
· Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members as needed
· Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles is preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent required: Bachelor's degree preferred
· 2+years’ experience in a similar or operation support role
· Excellent organizational and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Experience in the legal or financial industry is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
