Caster Properties /A1 Self Storage is looking for a TEMPORARY Accounts Payable person with Construction Payables experience. The approximate length of this job assignment will be 5-6 months. Approximately 25-29 hours/week. Schedule is flexible (day and time of day).
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Process Construction Payables for Company’s construction projects
- Complete Construction Check Runs
- Work with Accounting Department to process invoices
- Organize New Projects for Construction Department working with Department Manager
- Maintain Construction Documents required by OSHA and other federal entities
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years A/P experience ideally in Construction
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using property management software (Sage) a plus!
