Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Utilize basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Recruits,select,trains and manage employees to deliver superior customer service
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with basic computer tasks, such as file management and data organization.
-Response to medallia and take care any guest complaint ,assist with rates and group booking
-Preform Manger duties in absence of GM
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide effective support to clients or customers.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Familiarity with office equipment operation, such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Previous experience as supervisor of same or similar brand hotel.
