Job Title: WordPress Guru
Location: USA (Fully Remote)Type: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week initially, with potential for ongoing maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our WordPress website with a focus on performance and SEO.
- Optimize website speed and performance using WP Engine platform.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Utilize Elementor and WP Rocket plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Monitor website performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Publish and manage content, including blog posts and case studies.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on project progress and accomplishments.
- Ensure the website's security, backups, and overall health.
- Communicate and collaborate with the team via Slack.
- Track and manage tasks using Jira.
- Potential to work on additional websites.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with WordPress.
- At least 3 years of experience with on-page SEO.
- At least 2 years of experience with Elementor and WP Rocket WordPress plugins.
- Proven expertise in optimizing WordPress websites for SEO and performance.
- Experience with WP Engine platform.
- Experience with CDN is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of website security best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO optimization tools such as Semrush, AHREF, and ScreamingFrog.
- Valid LinkedIn account.

- $35 to $45, depending on experience.
