A growing Kendall-based insurance agency is seeking a candidate for an in-office, entry level Customer Service Support position to join their Team. We are looking for a client-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our Account Management Team as they work on a variety of topics related to our clients' employee benefits (claims, billing, and policy questions). The job requires excellent written/oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize/evaluate data.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
