Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential storage tenants via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on potential tenant inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills)
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
