The Hands of Hope Texas Office Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company and should have experience of working in an office environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Be a team player, and have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess the ability and willingness to be a spokesperson for Hands of Hope Texas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Answer phone calls, check and respond to voicemails and emails from clients
- Direct clients to relevant staff
- Create an office budget by monitoring supplies
- Counsel any employees struggling in their role
- Oversee hiring and firing, as well as onboarding processess
- Interview and train new employees, including organizing employment documents
- Report office progress to Administrator
- Work with administrator to improve office operations and procedures
- Review office schedule to remind administrator and CEO of upcoming meetings and deadlines
- Oversee productivity of all office employees to ensure deadlines are met, and that all company guidelines and standards are adhered to
- Assist LPCs, QMHPs, and Administrator with tasks as needed, including, making copies, creating documents, and retrieving files.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the CEO, and are subject to change at the CEO’s discretion
REQUIRMENTS:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Behavioral health or medical background (preferred)
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (required)
- Travel is an essential part of this position
- Must pass a Background Check
