Position Summary
The Order Fulfillment/Dispatch Agent is responsible for fulfilling & ensuring all delivery and curbside pick-up orders are performed according to regulatory guidelines. The dispensary agent must arrange and package customer & medical patient orders, record sales in the ADP/POS system, and handle cash transactions. The Order Fulfillment Agent must maintain an organized environment and facility appearance.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
- A valid Dispensary Agent Card or in the process of obtaining one
- A valid LVMPD Cannabis Sheriff's Card
- Hospitality Experience a plus!
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills-
- Professional, with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.
- Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Computer Literacy with METRC, OnFleet, and Dutchie, and Excel a PLUS.
- Data Entry +10key (50 WMP with less than 1% error rate)
- Strong understanding and application of organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
- Ability to multitask without distraction and still work on a team.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly, in an ever-changing environment.
Core Job Duties & Tasks
Daily:
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures, stock products and supplies, arrange displays, open and close register, etc.
- Count cash drawers, stock packaging, and labeling supplies arrange cashier counter;
- Prepare delivery orders and curbside pick up orders as they come through ordering system.
- Ensuring products are accurately being processed via the POS.
- Delivering orders to customers in the designated curbside pick up area.
- Ensure receipt and product labels are given to the customer once the transaction has completed.
- Assist Dispatch Coordinator with any tasks or projects
- Provide superior customer service and education to customers or registered cardholders and caregiver, as needed.
- Maintain and organize dispensary through daily upkeep and light cleaning.
- Assist the Inventory Manager(s) with research, communications, or any other assigned projects/tasks.
- Complete designated tasks on the Daily Checklist before taking your breaks.
- Accurate balance and count register till at the end of each shift
* Weekly:
- Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, and industry news.
- Ensure facility organization and cleanliness by performing light cleaning.
- Monthly:
- Participate in the COMPANY discussions and provide suggestions for improving product availability, customer or registered cardholder and caregiver satisfaction, and/or the COMPANY policies and procedures.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings as scheduled.
Job Scope
Operates with direct supervision from Inventory and Assistant Inventory Managers. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
